Effective 17June2022 a resolution to replace our system of ByLaws and National Regulations with a National Constitution and Bylaws structure was passed at the 2022 Annual National Convention in Atlanta.  The following is a FAQ that should answer your questions about the C&BL.

While the CB&L is effective immediately, the Policy and Procedures Manual identified in the CB&L continues to be under development and review (it’s a “living” document).  The superseded Bylaws and National Regulations linked below are provided for reference purposes only, and to be used in the development of the Policy and Procedures Manual.
